HOW NICE WAS THE WEATHER TODAY!?!? woke up, skip a few hours, and it was 11pm right? and here i am cruising down the smooth streets of sydney in my good friend KEVIN [who is a handsome, chinese gentleman of 27years]'s 1996 Skyline GTS-T single HKS turbo. brrrrrrrrrr down the road.. with the occasional "P-CHINGG!!" [blowout valve.] gotta love that stuff
the night air was fresh and warm, and sooo nice. anyways, woke up, bus-ed it to work. had day shift which was so good =)
[thank you Lord!] after work, [me and kevin just did 6 day stretch.. which means we both have 2 days off before returning to work on friday 23/1] so we decided to do something [not go on a gay date or anything] but we drove to burwood and watched: 
hahaha YES MAN these days there are SO many good films out in the cimenas which i want to watch
but.. simply, cannot. =) [i would usually list the movies that are out, that i want to watch.]
[but today, no. we are not doing that. rofl] so yes man people have told me it was funny =) and it was! let me tell you this. no. you know what? here. mattkangs.elite.movie.review: there we go. now we're getting somewhere.
..if you know me well, you will know that i am an absolute hater of low-budget films.
P.S. I love you, was one low budget film, which was good =) they pulled it off =) [only because he was so hot] ANYWAYS. let me tell you this from the start. straight up man. if you like adam sandler, you know you're going to enjoy billy madison. if you like jack black, you know you're going to enjoy school of rock if you like robin williams, you know you're going to enjoy Mrs. doubtfire. so its as simple as that. if you like jim carrey, you'll like this movie =) and it has so many cute turns in it [romantically speaking].. hahaha it will just make you smile sometimes =) do i like jim carrey? well to be honest, he doesnt STAND OUT TO ME. but i remember fondly enjoying alot of his films! the mask, fun with dick and jane, ace ventura, liar liar, batman forever, THE TRUMAN SHOW. so he doesnt STAND OUT, but he has made some good, light hearted [or deep, in truman show] and some really solid films =) so if you like films, you just gotta check it out. its very typical. i'll tell you that. Jim Carrey.. hmmm more on him?
okay! he's a vegetarian [its true.] and he suffered with depression a few years back.. so thats kinda sad.
but he is a good person i think [do i know him? no. but that doesnt matter] like.. he's a good comedian.. and a good actor [good? yeah.. good] there's a scene in the movie where he bungee jumps off a bridge. and that was actually done by him! hahahaah i'll tell you a secret.. there's a cameo in the movie.. and its HUGH JACKMAN!!
i almost squealed like a 12 year old girl when i saw him.
it was like 1 second.. but OH SO GOOD. rofl.
there's a dude from NZ in the movie, and he is just TOO funny. hahahaha
ANYWAYS.

well the question to you is.... what do you expect?

today was cheapo tuesday so i wasnt expecting much. rofl.
but it was good yeah!
i had a slight giggle through out the whole movie.... [not a HAR HAR HAR KILL ME NOW FUNNY LAUGH] rofl. but some scenes make your heart smile =) [it is not a feel good movie btw]
like.. there are some romantic scenes where you will be like AWWWWWWW rofl. the movie... the depth.. hmm.. its pretty epic in that sense.
it really hit me.
this movie shows what most of us feel in this 2000-something day and age.
internet is our god. and this movie shouts to you, "stop saying no and try new things!" the american view on life?
maybe. smooth.. easy... trouble free... but definately WRONG. morally and biblically. it challenges us. and it yells at our face, to stay away from the boring, mediocre life
and the stupid solution is
"say yes to everything!" or in other words, "try something NEW" the whole time, i was laughing. rofl
PUH-LEASEEE dont try something new -_- because you'll soon feel dry.. [again] and you'll see... nothing changed.. =)
and i guess where in the equation, this is where Jesus comes in..
but i'll stop there... what can i say? watch it for yourself and judge the film. do you think it was good?

DEEP INSIDE YOU, you know that you can try EVERYTHING in the world, but until you've tried the love of JESUS out, you'll ALWAYS have that empty, mediocre feeling. am i preaching now? yes. rofl. but seriously. try something new? and then what? keep doing it? try other new things? and THEN what? do it until you die? and THEN what? so many questions.. so little time.. but just remember.. you can try EVERYTHING in the world you want..
and NOTHING will satisfy you the way the HOLY SPIRIT can. and i believe these words im typing, have POWER... not because i know grammar or anything stupid like that,
but simply, because they're words of truth. *weak smile* right? you all know it. *we all know it.. try EVERYTHING you want.. and you will see.. nothing comes even CLOSE to the love of God.
-it is just THAT awesome. if you havnt yet felt that, then i do pity you.
and i urge you, do whatever you can to try and get to that point..
because "once you go black, you'll never go back" you feel me. so life would be a flow chart like this. actually screw it.. you all know how the flowchart would go..
and it will either take you to the final step.. or always take you back to the beginning. there's only ONE >>correct<< destination. all others = FAIL. rofl. so watch it i say.. and let the movie QUESTION you. the movie projects the theme.. as a CULT. i mean come ON.

"dont settle for the NORM" come ON man. these are lines from the enemy. too easy to be lured into.. but watch it =) and see for yourself.. that this WORLD.. is like one massive cult. that says "try something new." psh. nigga puh-leaseee. you'll always end up on that lonely swing.. swinging alone, crying, and thinking to yourself.
